PARENTS IN HS SEX ROMP: Wiens under scrutiny of child protection office

NEW CASTLE — A couple arrested after allowing a stripper to dance naked at a party for Horace Greeley High School students is now under investigation by Child Protective Services for letting their 17-year-old son watch the woman's performance.

New Castle police reported Robert and Rochelle Wien to the state child abuse hotline on Thursday, Detective Sgt. James Carroll told The Journal News yesterday. The case was referred to the Westchester Department of Social Services, and a senior caseworker has been in contact with the family.

Carroll said police are required to notify the state hotline about any potential improprieties or abuse involving children under 18 years old. Nancy Travers, deputy commissioner of the county Department of Social Services, said confidentiality rules prohibited her from commenting in any way about child protective cases. She would neither confirm nor deny that the Wiens were under investigation.

The Wiens hosted a party Saturday night at their James Road home that more than 50 teen-agers attended to celebrate the end of summer and kick off the Greeley football season.

The couple's 17-year-old son, Jeremy, is a third-string quarterback on the team, and school officials have said that at least a dozen other team members attended the party. Authorities have said many students were drinking beer, and some were smoking marijuana.

When police responded for the second time that night to a noise complaint from the neighborhood, they found the Wiens and dozens of cheering students watching a 31-year-old stripper lying naked on the backyard patio.

The woman, who has not been charged, reportedly let teen-age boys lick whipped cream from her breasts and had some of them help her simulate sex acts with a sex toy.

The Wiens were each charged with endangering the welfare of a child and unlawfully dealing with a child, misdemeanors punishable by up to a year in the county jail. They are due in New Castle Town Court on Thursday. The couple have declined to comment on the case and were unavailable yesterday. A lawyer reportedly handling their case has not returned several telephone calls.

BRAVO!!!

I say to the posters who think this is funny, "Until you've raised a son to adulthood, you have no possible clue as to how difficult it can be - given all the negative outside influences facing you."

The very LAST thing on my mind was hiring a hooker/stripper for my boy's high school class. I was more concerned about his character. I know he was no angel, but today he's paying taxes, raising a family, and is a Sunday School teacher. I think I've done it right and I KNOW he hasn't missed a thing by my being such a prude. Nor am I naive enough to believe he didn't have some "fun" when he was out with his buddies. But at least I didn't condone it. There's a big difference.

yeah, just the type of people you'd invite to your teenager's party, no doubt:

Stripper's manager has rap sheet for drugs, prostitution

The Westchester, Rockland, Putnam Journal-News
(Original publication: Sept. 08, 2001)

The stripper and manager who provided the X-rated sparks at a parent-chaperoned Horace Greeley High School party last weekend avoided criminal charges for the bash — but they are no strangers to area police.

Anthony "Cousin Vinny" Agnello, owner of Gorgeous Strippers Plus in Elmsford, and Nicole LaChance — the French-Canadian blonde who simulated sex acts on the back deck of Robert and Rochelle Wien's Mount Kisco home — have been arrested in past years on charges related to the sale and possession of cocaine, prostitution and drunken driving.

Just two weeks ago, Agnello, 41, was charged with felony reckless endangerment after police accused him of throwing his 22-year-old girlfriend — stripper Victoria "Princess Victoria" DeJesus — out of a moving limousine off the Saw Mill River Parkway.

Agnello insisted yesterday he accidentally drove off while DeJesus had her hand stuck in the car door. A spokesman for District Attorney Jeanine Pirro said he faces up to seven years in prison if convicted. He is due Wednesday in Elmsford Village Court.

In February, Agnello and DeJesus were arrested in connection with a prostitution sting in North Castle.

An officer posing as a potential customer went to an alleged bordello, called Gorgeous Strippers Plus, and arranged to have a birthday party there with a stripper and two prostitutes. Five plainclothes police officers went to the "party" and arrested Agnello, DeJesus and two other women.

Agnello was charged with two counts of third-degree promoting prostitution, a felony. The three women were charged with prostitution, a misdemeanor.

In 1996, Agnello was arrested by the Putnam County Sheriff's Office for allegedly running a prostitution ring out of his Patterson condominium. Police said Agnello had as many as 12 women providing sex acts for private customers and bachelor parties, and he sometimes offered drugs as part of the package.

During a telephone interview yesterday, Agnello said he does not directly promote prostitution.

"Unfortunately, sometimes girls do more than dance in this business," Agnello said. "I can't control what some girl's going to do in a backroom when I'm not there."

Also in 1996, Agnello and LaChance were arrested after undercover narcotics officers reportedly bought cocaine from them three times.

"He was kinda trying to act like a high roller," said Senior Investigator Al Villani of the Putnam County Sheriff's Office. "He wasn't obnoxious. He was very well-spoken, well-dressed. But he tried to give you the impression he was a big shot. He wasn't exactly comical, but you were sort of left scratching your head when you walked away.

"She was very quiet, very lady-like. She wasn't a loudmouth or anything like that. She left you wondering why a girl like that would be in that business."

Agnello said he is an "anti-drugs person."

"I don't have a big criminal record," Agnello said. "There's always been mitigating circumstances involved."

I would take exception to the "fact" that these parents are from the Boomer generation. Would you agree that the Boomers were born between 1945 and 1950? If yes, then that would mean these parents were in their late 30's to early 40's when their QB son was born. I would guess the parents were born between 1955 and 1960 at the earliest. That is not the Boomer generation. I'm tired of the Boomer generation getting blamed for everything. You're off by 10 years or more.

Or.....

What is the age of consent in that state? Adult woman and 17yr old boy? Sounds ok to me...

(I know it did at the time too.. :) )

So he could legally have sex with her, but couldn't lick her? Or watch her naked? On private property, and under parental supervision?

hmmm.... The inmates are in charge now.

I agree. I don't want to participate in my children's sex lives and they wouldn't want me to. There's something very sick in this situation.

Nah, I wouldn't be hiring a stripper for my yutes. Dumb move. However, if I'm on a jury or my yutes were caught at such a party I'd LAUGH.

Good point, and another - if public schools can instruct kids on all kinds of sexual behavior without a parent's permission and/or knowledge, why should the state care about a stripper with parental consent?

Oh, it was heterosexual behavior with the stripper, wasn't it? My bad.

Boomers sewed the wind. Now let them reap the whirlwind. Damn how I hate that generation.

Out of curiousity, which generation are you?

We may need to encourage heterosexuality, just to balance out the "alternative lifetstyle types" Heck they got Ellen Degenerate to host this years Emmy's
