I'm sure the boys loved it, but I think the parents went too far trying to buy the kids affections and his friendship.
It sounds like the kid wore the pants in that family.
I wouldn't have done it for my boy, and he would know of my dissapproval if he tried it himself.
Sometimes a parent has to play the role of a mean old parent to show the kids how much they are really loved.

There's more to it than that. I don't want people roaring up my residential street at 100 mph. It's a risk to me, whether or not they actually strike and kill a member of my family. To cite these speeders represents the common good of the community. The same case could be made for this situation.
That person was speeding on public property (the road) and physically endangering others. These parents had the stripper on private property (their house) and did not endanger you or your kids physically (or even morally, although the parents of the other kids who were actually there might make that complaint concerning their kids).

Let me assure you, Mr. President, not all NY'ers are libertines. While liberalism is pervasive in the state, as in other majority democrat states/cities, it is not pandemic and you shouldn't throw all babies out with the bathwater.
After all, most of the pro-stripper posters are men, and I would never draw any sweeping conclusions about the nature of all men from their slobbering posts, nor would I dream of blocking all male URL's. It just wouldn't be fair.
As for me, sir, I know my duty and will continue to hold the banner of conservatism high here behind the lines.

This is an ad hominem attack. Do you want to discuss ideas and issues, or make petty attacks? Petty attacks, I was attacking your ad hominem attack on Dan From MI, asking about illegitmate kids. I was just using another example. But if I have to explain it...

New York city has more people than upstate NY. Upstate is mostly conservative, you know, "farm country." There's COWS up here!
That little place down in the corner of the NY State map is where the liberals are packed together like sewer rats, and most of them vote for democrat free handouts.
Upstate goes broke supporting them.
Not all NY-ers are liberal, no way.
?Cut us some slack.

The kid was 17. If he was in the military he'd be getting a hooker and nobody would care.
This is extreme puratinism. If his parents believe he's old enough, he's old enough.
Explain why the government needs to be involved here.

As a woman, I find the message this sends to young men about how to treat women is appalling And in what way did the stripper get treated improperly? Was she paid? Do you think the boy is going to suddenly get confused and think all women are strippers?

Expecting parents to responsibly parent minor children has nothing to do with the nanny state. It does when you actually involve the nanny state because you don't like the way they do it.

Explain why the government needs to be involved here. If anyone had taken a picture of this action, they'd be arrested and prosecuted for child pornography.
If you're happy about any young man hiring a prostitute, I feel sorry for you.

Dupes of the Clinton ideology don't rate an explanation - wouldn't understand it anyway. What are you doing on FR? Go suckup to the Clintonites where you obviously would be more at home. This event strikes at the heart of conservative thinking - that permisseviness is the cause of our cultural problems.

Like Clinton and his ilk, you consider women objects good for nothing but sexual games. You can't see the forest for the trees (or the 44 DD's).
50 kids attended this brawl - some as young as 15. If the stupid airheaded parents think its OK for their aged 17 kid, why did they foist their immorality on the 49 some of whom did not receive permission to drug and booze up and watch a woman get naked? Private morality is one thing; the Wiens forced their offensive values on an entire community.

Why would one come to this conservative site to try to preach moral relativism? Are you looking for approval of some behavior of your own? Skip on over to democrats.org. They approve of anything.
Parents who pay for the sexual gratification of their children are sicko pigs. Those who pay for sexual gratification are pathetic pigs. Those who take money for providing it are pathetic pigs, too. I hate to think there are any of those people here.
