[history]
The National Academy of Sciences' recent report on climate change finds that current understanding of the causes of global warming is filled with gaps and uncertainties. Such research should be solidified before it is used as a basis for public policy.

Whether it's global warming, ozone depletion, or the effects of DDT on wildlife and humans, the Communazis have been lying about science in order to promote their agenda since at least the beginning of last century.

Excellent post!
This sums it up so well, I'm saving this post for some friends who have bought into the idea of global warming.

Great!
I saw Clintoon on some newscast making BIG statements that the science of Global Warming was beyond refute and that water levels around the world were going to rise!
Just set my hair on end!

Thanks for the post. I am very pleased to see that at least the Register is maintaining its sanity on the midst of the enviro freak attack.
I printed out the article for my husband to send to his associates in So. Cal, just in case they missed it.

FYI!

It took me a week to find this reference, but after someone had sent me the latest propaganda from the Nature Conservancy, I just couldn't take it anymore.
I had to fight back.
My next issue is the campaign against DDT and other pesticides which has been thoroughly debunked on junkscience.com.

Somebody should tell Mr Clinton that global warming is not irrefutable and he shouldn't be grandstanding on the issue. Maybe the Aussies won't remember what he said, but to the rest of us it sounds like he makes this stuff up as he goes along day to day.

Have you seen the info at the Link given by GEC in post #3 before?
Perhaps it has been referenced before here on FreeRepublic!

Wonderful summary article. Thank you. I wonder how many media hypists will read it... uh, better question: I wonder how many media hypists COULD read it.

OISM does wonderful work and is a fantastic reference website. One should particularly check out their discussion of civil defense against nuclear attack.
