I Just Seen his Mug Shot on The Drudge Report....Hey He was a 'Real Doll'....That 'Nut-Cake' Reminds me of a Nut in The 1970's who was working as a Rent-a-Cop Guard at a Major Insurance Company at The Jersey Shore....Until one of the Company's VP's. Walked in on Him and a Teen-age Male Mail Room Clerk as They Were Rolling around Naked on The Store Room Floor.. He Was Fired by the Rent a Cop out fit.....He Showed up the Next Day With a Fake Pistol.....The Rent a Cop who Was on Duty Ran up to The 3rd Floor and Climbed up into The Drop Cieling and Had a Massive Heart Attack and Droped Dead in the Cieling....he Laid up There Getting Real Ripe as The Days Passed...Until Some of His Putrid Puss Driped into one of The Employee's Coffee Cup's and He Got Really Sick....They Found Where This Golden Reeking Puss Was Driping From He The 'Stiff' Was Up There for aproz 10 Days....The Rent a Cop Out Fit Thought he had Just Ran Out and Quit.........

I find it weird that this "nut" was so readily employed as a security guard. Burns International Security Services might really need to reconsider its hiring practices. Isn't there a clip of him on the news services loading an M-16 or did I hear that wrong?
An arbitration case...check out Footnote #3 at the bottom of this link...
Cole v. Burns International Security Services
in part...(2) The agreement's waiver of a jury trial is absolute, i.e. it operates even if the employer does not seek arbitration;
