    Check this out.
The marine website of the Russian Federation, looks like the offical Russian site for the Kursk Operations. Very interesting 3-D animation on left side toolbar..one of the coolest animations I've seen yet.

Quite a site there. It's a commercial site and I wonder why the investment? When do the ads come? Are there more than three people following this story?
The kind of summer I had with my boat, I may have a salvage site up and running myself soon.
 Thanks for the flag.

    Interesting sites.

This story reminds me of "Project Jennifer" and the "Glomar Explorer". Involving Hughes, the CIA, and a Russian sub. When I was a kid, we had family friends that worked on that "project". The "public" story has always been that they did not raise the entire sub.

    Comradely Bump.

Re: Glomar Explorer.....I swallowed hook, line and sinker about the thing breaking up. Never even crossed my mind to contemplate dissinformation to keep the real truth from being know. Bahhh-Bahhh!

... and your boat had couple of reactors plus some anti-ship missiles?

and your boat had couple of reactors plus some anti-ship missiles? After looking at my repair bill, I think a couple of reactors would have been less costly.
