You keep sending me more replies and then claim you have ENDED your conversation with me.

And you follow that by accusing me of abusing you for replying to you and debating you.

So in your twisted way of thinking you can falsely accuse me of abusing you for simply replying to you and asking you questions and debating you---even as you continue replying to me and you basicly accuse me of abuse and being a paranoid schizophrenic, or insane or whatever. And worse you give me a veiled threat that I suppose is supposed to scare me by saying: "you are potentially endangering yourself, by declaring it on a public thread."

If I am willing to post stuff on Clinton linking him to mass murder and people like mass murderer Flemmi then why would your threat scare me at all FReethesheeples?

It scares me about as much as silly Poohbah does when he invites me to come to California to fistfight him.

I am a Christian and God will protect me--I pray anyway-if he doesn't I can't change that by suddenly becoming a coward and by stopping my posting of things on government corruption or Bill Clinton.

Why you would choose to become so angry at me for doing so?. If these subjects are too scary for you to consider why not simply ignore them? There are plenty of other threads you can reply to where such questions are not ask, and inconsistancies and corruption are not discussed. My threads are almost always going to be about government corruption, or government usurpation of power or citizens asserting their God-given or Constitutionally protected rights. I am not here to blindly defend certain parties whatever their name, flavor or color be.

Please have courage and God Bless you FReethesheeples, perhaps later you will appreciate my efforts instead of trying to squealch my voice, and belittle my efforts, defame my sanity, and have me banned.

Right - I think some of our zealous friends should ponder a few basic principles.

1. There is no perfect justice in this world. Much as Bill and Hill and their minions deserve to be staked out over anthills, this may just have to be left for the Last Judgment.

Take comfort from the fact that Clinton is going to be viewed by history as a wierd, distasteful blip on the screen made possible only by the fact that history took a vacation for a few years. He isn't likely to do us any more harm -- only his liver is in danger from him how.

2. Insisting on perfect justice can wreck human societies. It leads to crazy notions like reparations for slavery that ended 150 years ago, or the idea that a nation at war ought to plunge into a divisive prosecution of the previous administration.

3. Time and energy are finite. Do not insist that the Bush Administration go after Clinton now if you cannot tell us what projects you would like to have them put on hold in order to have the time and energy to do so. Fighting our nation's enemies? Stimulating the economy? - which is no longer just about filthy lucre but about being able to defend the country. Defending our people from terrorist acts? Please pick at least two.

First of all Clinton is our nation's enemy.

And All Ashcroft has to do is obey the subpoena, turn over the documents on Clinton criminal investigation evidence and let the house government reform commitee do the dirty work as Ashcroft is required by law.

Do you honestly believe that Clinton---the greatest traitor in our nation's history is not our nation's enemy?

What is your objection to Clinton being brought to justice?

The government has lied too many times for me to believe what they say without proof. They are giving the American citizens more reason not to trust them everyday.

When I heard Bush say he was going to conduct a war against terrorism it reminded me of the war against drugs.

Clinton is our nation's past.

Islamo-fascist terrorism is our nation's enemy.

I loathe Clinton, but I don't really believe he is likely to let loose anthrax in Manhattan or fire a cruise missile at Washington.

The nation is at war. You might want to look that up, I don't think you've got the concept down yet. We have a right-now real-time enemy which just killed 7000 people in New York - did you happen to read about that in the paper or were you too busy re-reading the Star Report for the twelfth time? If we turn in on ourselves and make Bill Clinton the center of the next decade too, if we waste our time and focus on that admittedly evil man who is also a has-been, while our enemies achieve non-conventional weapons, millions of Americans could die.

I really get the impression that some of you Clinton-obsessive wouldn't care - that you would think it a fair trade to let America go up in nuclear smoke, as long as you got to see Clinton hanged ten minutes before. You are just going to have to live without that emotional satisfaction, and it's a shame you can't transfer some of your passion to the defence of your country.

Ashcroft should not hand over the documents to Burton because Burton has no right whatsoever under the Constitution to demand them. I guarantee you Thomas Jefferson would not have handed them over either, as other posters have pointed out.

They were subpoenaed, he has no choice.

"As I do not believe that the district courts have a power of commanding the executive government to abandon superior duties and attend on them, at whatever distance, I am unwilling, by any notice of the subpoena, to set a precedent which might sanction a proceeding so preposterous." --Thomas Jefferson to George Hay, 1807. ME 11:365

"With respect to papers, there is certainly a public and a private side to our offices. To the former belong grants of land, patents for inventions, certain commissions, proclamations, and other papers patent in their nature. To the other belong mere executive proceedings. All nations have found it necessary, that for the advantageous conduct of their affairs, some of these proceedings, at least, should remain known to their executive functionary only. He, of course, from the nature of the case, must be the sole judge of which of them the public interest will permit publication. Hence, under our Constitution, in requests of papers, from the legislative to the executive branch, an exception is carefully expressed, as to those which he may deem the public welfare may require not to be disclosed." --Thomas Jefferson to George Hay, 1807. ME 11:232

"The Executive ought to communicate [to the House] such papers as the public good would permit, and ought to refuse those, the disclosure of which would injure the public." --Thomas Jefferson: The Anas, 1792. ME 1:304

How does turning over evidence from criminal investigations of Clinton injure the public?

And the FBI was set-up as an investigatory body for Congress not the President or the Justice Department.

It would put a "Seal of Truth and Non-Denial" on what America and the rest of the world already know. That Bill Clinton and his wife are Communists and this would injure the reputation of the Executive Branch. One third of the country already know that the Tri Lateral Commision is our Office of The President. They don't want this to be known by 75% because then the American people might just throw the lying bastards out of office and start over.
