But since all things in a closed system tend toward entropy, that includes light. Light (and it's velocity) is NOT a thermodynamic phenomonon. Entropy has NOTHING to do with the speed of light.

Exactly, entropy has nothing to do with the speed of light as it has nothing to do with iron or a kid's room. Light, like all things inside this universe die down and move from organized to disorganized. I'm not sure what you're point was but it sounded like a restatement of what I said.
