Suspect still at large - Sacramento Police resources stretched to breaking point!

It's been a long night folks. Joseph Ferguson is still out there. Our shaken Burns Security officers who spent the night here at the center, answering question as we streamed this tragedy live and they comforted other employees who called in, have headed home. We know now, Burns knows more than we're hearing in the media. We know the City can't afford to make much noise ... who will replace all those contract private cops at city facilities.

Sacramento Police officers put in one heck of a night, double shifts for most. See, those 400+ Clinton Crime Bill cops and the $60 million in Clinton Crime Bill tax dollars is a huge lie and we're paying for it on the streets of Sacramento. Today, there are fewer patrol officers on the street than 5 years ago. Not being able to put a massive police presence on the street will never be talked about in the media. The truth hurts. But none-the-less, the ones we have, busted tail and earned every penny of some of the lowest wages in the state for agencies our size.

We've reported on this shortage scandal for years, but it's not a popular topic, even in conservative circles. But the whole ugly story can be found on our web pages at Citizen's Community Watch

I made predictions in the Nikolay Soltys case that materialized, and from those who knew Joseph Ferguson, there's a good chance he's headed for high groud with a two hour head start in a clean car police knew nothing about. He's known to be a survivalist fan. Information is still cryptic from the "Official Police Spokesman".

Don't let me give the impression we're not big fans of our street cops... they are tough, effective given staffing shortages and dedicated officers. Burns employee and their families are praising the swift action to protect them, from 11:45 last night till early this morning. We know managers were prime targets, as were security officers working at their posts.

Burns has a lot of explaining to do ... for starters, why they couldn't provide police with better information on the suspect, his personnel file or the plate on the stolen Burns company truck.

There were tense moments as packed night clubs in Old Sacramento were odered to lock up with customers inside till well after 3 a.m. The presense of SWAT and patrol officers on a reported suspect sighting in this popular riverfront tourist attraction may have averted a bloody massacre.

With a "Job Well Done" to Sacramento street cops and SWAT, Citizen's Community Watch will sign off. While the news media slept in our sleepy Capitol City, we did our best to provide accurate and timely reporting. We pray no other lives are lost and when officers close in, this heavily armed young suspect doesn't take their lives before he is taken into custody. Pray for them, please?

There will be additional updates on our Task Force Group as news breaks. Internet Crime Task Force

Clinton is responsible for the size of the Sacramento Police Department? Doesn't the City of Sacramento have some say-so in that? And how about the State? Sacramento is the capital of CA, right? Don't you think the governor and legislature who live there have any responsibility for keeping the streets of the capital safe? And why haven't they complained to the press that they needed a bigger police department, but Clinton wouldn't let them have one?

WE WILL NOT CAVE IN TO TRYANNY!

Who let the Watchdog out?

Hidy - Thank you for your questions. Odd as it may seem, when you are in the belly of the beast, and it controls the print media, the truth seldom rises to the surface. This story will likely escape grassroots, conservative media or public outrage. We don't kill people, we don't hate our minority neighbors and most of my members are poor ghetto dwellers with a dream for a safe neighborhood to raise our kids.

Could we be in the spotlight? Yes! But I've said no to Salle Jesse Raphael, Moury Povich and just last week, Jenny Jones (the latter's show airs this Tuesday) 48 Hours? Love to. Montel Williams? Maybe. Hillary and Bill on Jerry Springer - YOU BET!!

FACT is, $60 million rolled into this city under Clinton Grants. Like many major cities, it was political payoff money to buy votes. Look at the electoral maps for the proof.

FACT is, we used to have a traffic division before the Clinton Administration and a commie chief. We are paying the price. Sacramento's deadly streets - a cop's detailed report!

FACT is, Patrol staffing, "COPS ON THE BEAT" declined while fed funds rolled in by the millions. The Clinton COPS Lie and Chief's tyranny!

FACT is, elected officials and appointed department heads lied to the public with impunity or stonewalled demands for the truth! The demand letter they refused to read or reply to!

FACT is, The Chief's goon squad went after their own for speaking out in a public forum. The webmaster (me) was arrested, (they lost), our watch group was charged with operating an unlicenced patrol service (our Neighborhood Watch) and ordered to cease! I told them to go #@%& themselves and arrest me again! Cops who dared work with us were targeted and ordered to "distance themselves" from leader (me again)! The Off-Duty Locker Room that drove the Chief to violate his cop's First Amentment rights!

FACT is, we would not bow to tyranny and continued to work with our street cops, mounting success after success. You will engage us in OUR COMMUNITY POLICING - get over it!

FACT is, veteran cops never let us down, the televison media supported us while the Chief libeled and slandered us at every opportunity. Street Cops are the real heroes in this saga against corruption!
