I'm not sure what you mean by "management", (I'm assuming you mean Jim), and "coven" (I'm assuming mojo, Don M and navigator). However, you have no idea what you are talking about. The "coven" only had the arrogance to claim they were supported by Jim, and you know what their reasoning was? "Jim never told us to stop".
