I think they had to show list of quesions before interview. Condit anticipated everyone just like he had a list. LK and Chung did not press for anything.

Actually, the morning's Washington Post confirms it. Condit's first interview was without Lowell, and it has been reported to have lasted anywhere between 15-45 minutes. After that meeting, Lowell insisted on time and question limits during the subsequent interviews. It will be interesting to see what areas Lowell demanded the police not to get in to during the interviews.

One thing that is really weirding me out, is that the first footage we see of Condit back in congress is him hanging out with Howard Berman, Joyce Chiang's former boss. Berman, as we know, is the only congress critter who donated his own money to Condit's 2000 re-election campaign. How spooky is that, that they are still best buds and together in the halls?
