I think KC and CJ are interested in ontology, not science. Seems so anyway. Regarding magnetism: the property known as ferromagnetism is the result of alignment of nuclear magnetic moments, not electronic moments. Of course, a magnetic field is also created by the flow of electrons. This is basic physics. I'll check in tomorrow, if there are any issues you wish to discuss me. Later.
