September 8, 2001 -- A Manhattan judge has thrown out a verdict in a civil suit after finding the jury was biased - against fellow jurors. Civil Court Judge Lucy Billings tossed the verdict from the six-person jury after two of them said they were harassed and racially bullied by the other four.

I jusr read in NRO that Rod Dreher is getting death threats from blacks for asking just who this Aaaaaliyyyaaahhh person is...is she the subject of a DOnnie Iris song?

Imagine if the races were reversed: the Times would have it front page, above the fold.
