As far as I can see, the Moderator team has been doing an excellent job.

I would suggest the Moderators take a more active role in eliminating the abuse and foul language. FR has been called the "Dodge City of the Internet", but I see no need to keep about 95% of the flaming, bad language and plain old abuse that crops up from time to time.

Well, we could get software like what AOL uses for some forums...but then we'd be the "AOL of the Internet," which is why Jim got FR started in the first place.

Personally, I'd resist going full circle, but then, I'm not the boss.
