I agree completely. The problem with FCS and going "light" is that there is no guarantee your next adversary did likewise. If, instead, he has any MBT's (or even a running T34-85 or JS II-III) he will hole you.

The new top attack AT systems are great, but I haven't seen any demo's done on tanks in the trees!!

Actually, it will probably be more like the battleship vs. aircraft carrier--if a battleship gets within gun range of an aircraft carrier, the aircraft carrier is dead, but if the battleship CAN'T do that, IT will eventually die without ever finding the enemy.
