A powerful core of civil rights and class-action lawyers, which includes Johnnie Cochran Jr., is now preparing a lawsuit seeking reparations for American blacks descended from slaves -- the undisclosed amount being sought is said by some to be near a trillion dollars.

Since blacks have always received a disproportionate amount in terms of of welfare funding ... going back decades ... factor this into any proposed reparation payment ... and then send them a bill.

Yep, let's agree that they are owed a trillion dollars in reparations and then show them that they have already received over 5 trillion in advance payments. The bill due is 4 trillion.
