Because they can't produce anything of value, they are reduced to taking from others.

At least when the colonial powers took resources from Africa and elsewhere, they used those produces to improve and advance civilizations.

You could give these people everything you own and in a few years, they would have left it in ruins.

Wait until the economy REALLY tanks and black unemployment goes back up. Then, with unpayable mortgages, credit card bills, and car notes staring them in the face, even the "reasonable" blacks will start to think this reparations thing sounds pretty darn good.

I've already talked to "reasonable" blacks who think that reparations is very doable. They figure that not even the gubmint has enough money to pay them in dead presidents, but it would be no big thang to just not collect their taxes for 10 or 20 years. Seriously!
