We agree. The problem is that they are not held responsible. If there is any liability for this action it will be the Cobb county tax payers who get stuck with the bill, not these thugs with a badge. If there were any personal accountability by the individual police in false arrest, then maybe they would think twice, but there isn't and they don't.
