I received the following letter from a friend of justice across the pond,one who is familiar with the vile state of injustice in Monaco. The author is clearly a brave man to speak out against Monaco's medieval outrages. He is the uberjudge, the Monaco Inquisition's worst nightmare. Here I will refer to him as
BUSTING MONACO
Dear Phil ,
nothing from what is going on in Monaco can wonde me any more !
The personnel of Monaco's prison know very well how hiunger strikers are treated in Hospital ! In fact as soon as they receive information that a prisoner wants to go on hunger strike , they describe this treatment to him ! in order to persuade him not to begin this procedure ! The reason is a simple one :
- a prisoner in jail is calculated at a daily cost of 700 Frech Francs
- the hospital will charge a daily rate of 2.300 to the prison for a man on hunger strike
The nurse of the prison and the medical doctor also explain the treatment the prisoner can expect in hospital to him.
The director of the prison was evidently lieing to the Priest , well knowing that he was telling a lie !
As soon as a prisoner declares beeing on hunger strike, his food delivery is canceled. If he chares a room with another prisoner, he will be taken in a single room.
After 24-48 hours , the doctor will defer him to holpital, where the prisoner will be closed in a small , window-less room of the pshychatric department.
He will be fixed to his bed with hands and feet.
A psycologist will try to convince him that he bette stops the hunger strike.
If the prisoner is insisting , he will stay in that animal-like way all the time ! (sorry for the expression "animal like" because the law would not allow to treat animals that way and if this would happen , lots of associations would create a big scandal in favour of the poor animal !
A policeman will sit in front of the room , separed by the prisoner by a Glass wall. Those duties are hated by the policemen, because thay must do it in their free time as extra duty.
Furthermore the policemen are always told that they are watichung a dangerous crminal ! The total ambience is that the more the prisoner suffers, the more they like it !
If a prisoner has a pneed (he must go to toilet) he must tell the policeman 20 minutes in advance ! THe policeman will call his headquater , from there a car with two collegues will arrive and the prisoner is taken to the bathroom , 4 metres away by two policemen !
Nobody rsisted this torture more than 14 days ! In the prison they have a statistic about that and the fun for the guardians is to place bets on the days a prisoner will resist in hunger strike !
I beleive that the campaign you are conducting in Ted's favour is right ! but I wrote you in February already that the campaign should concern the SUSTEM , not one Prisoner in particular !
Monaco is violating quite a long series of human rights on regular basis and that is the point to contest severely and world wide !
According to the chart of human rights , issued by the United Nations and ratified by the Princiupauté of Monaco , a prisoner who is not convicted must be treated as an Innocent man !
According to the chart of human rights , prisoners under investigation have to be kept separately from convicted criminals !
In Monaco this is not the case !
I filed a written complain to the Director of the prison about tis when I had to assist how convicted criminals where racketing persons under investigation with the assistance of the guardians !
I never received an answer but I was constantly punished !
I requested in writing not to stay with a convicted criminal, and whenever they could, they put the dirtiest characters in my room !
In 8 month of innocent imprisonnement , I have learned hundreds of tricks about how to steel , fraud and even kill ! in previous 51 years of my life I never learned that much !
I have assisted a whoman prisoner telling to her husband (also in prison , both convicted to 6 month) from the window of the whomans wing down to the small yard where you have air 2 hours a day , that a man guardian had asked her to undress ! The same story was told to a french prisoner by a lady who had spend 1 week in prison because she drove drunk !
I have assisted the guardians pissing into the Showers ! the same place where we had to take our shower !
That happened in August 2000 ! in Monaco ! not in the year 1222 in a dark russian prison !
Preventing Ted from spiritual assistance is also a violation of human rights ! It is just so simple to find that out ! you only need to read the chart of human rights !
What is happening o Ted , happens to all prisoners in Monaco ! Only the real criminals feel well there ! they can have shower every day ! the food is better than in a french prison ! TV is free and the refrigerator also !
Monaco is a great place to be in prison if you are a cruck, a murder or a theft !
Those who are innocent leave that place and only want to forget ! Any how they have no chance to get compensation for wrongful emprisonnement ! No lawyer in Monaco will accept to bring forward a court case against Monaco !
You need a Monegasque lawyer to do that because you must elect domiciliation in Monaco if you want to sue them ! You stand no chance to find a lawyer representing you ! I am not the only one who tried desperately to do that !
Ted cannot be helped unless the US will nor promote a formal investigation on Monaco for violation of human rights ! And when they do so, they must not interview the director of the prison , but former prisoners too !
Look now at the letter written by Mr. Davost , Monacos Minister of Justice , to the congrsspeople intervening in favour of Ted ! I said at the time that the man was deliberately tellin lies !
His last sentence was that Ted's case was soon closed in investigation ! That wass the biggest missrepresentation, done deliberately !to dupe US Congress Members ! and they accepted to be duped ! by a Gentleman representing the justice in Europe's biggest money laundering factory !
I do not know what Ted should do ! I have known him for 8 month and the story Ted told me was a very different one from what he had "confessed" ! Ted is not a psycopatic Idiot ! But they need some prove that he is, and they will try all they can to obtain a so saying certification ! Therefore Ted will stay there , until he will really go crazy !
I personally do not beleive that Ted did well in confessing and sticking to such confession ! I do not beleive that his family is in danger ! I do not beleive that he will be given a better sentence by confessing a crime he never commited !
I sincerely hope to be wrong !
Ted's Priest is in the best situation ! he is directly with his boss ! no need for intermediaries ! Ted's situation is desperately differnt , he needs intermediaries , a Blot and a Manasse ! but what for ?
