(Maybe offer Snow Bunny a carrotsicle (She's a snow bunny after all.) ; )
NspiritOnly, I found this: The Special Forces (Green Berets) Prayer. You see the link, but, can you (or someone) post the page here (I don't know how)? Thanks. IMO, I think (even though Ted is a veteran now) it is appropriate -
STAY STRONG TED!
Hope that's OK, Mike. Hey, how about about "Free Republic Special Forces - FREEBORNE" - or is that "over the top"? ; )
A distressing situation--invert the ensign. . .
I have a gif of an American flag which perhaps someone could invert and post. Email me and I will send it.
I just used the zipfax to fax President Bush again.
Ted is ill-served by three lawyers who insist he lie to maintain the obscene extorted false confession. These make the Three Stooges geniuses by comparison.
They face off with Monaco's Three Monkeys:
Prosecutor Daniel Serdet slanders Ted as a drug user--when Princess Grace Hospital tested Ted negatif negatif negatif for drugs and alcohol--
Serdet Sees No Truth.
Judge l'Instruction Patricia Richet tears up letters from Ted's children in front of him while screaming at him, "I know you are guilty!"--
Richet Speaks No Truth.
Monaco's Director of Juridical Affairs Patrice Davost writes six pages of opium dreams to Ted's congresswoman Sue Kelly in which Davost hallucinates Ted on a pink cloud borne by cherubs taking him to have tea with the Prince, a night at the casinos, a tickertape parade down l'Avenue d'Ostende in the brilliant sunshine--
Davost Hears No Truth.
All in all a distressing state of affairs warranting the ensign inverted--just as Monaco's "justice" is inverted.
Almighty God Who art the Author of Liberty and the Champion of the oppressed hear our prayer.
We the men of Special Forces, acknowledge our dependence upon Thee in the preservation of human freedom. Go with us as we seek to defend the defenseless and to free the enslaved.
May we ever remember that our nation, whose oath "In God We Trust," expects that we shall requit ourselves with honor, that we may never bring shame upon our faith, our families, or our fellow men.
Grant us wisdom from Thy mind, courage from Thine heart, and protection by Thine hand. It is for Thee that we do battle, and to thee belongs the victor's crown. For Thine is the kingdom, and the power and glory forever,
