I haven't had buffalo or beefalo yet. Gonna have to try that soon. I took the kids to H3Ranch steakhouse by the stockyards in Fort Worth on Sunday and had sirloin steaks - they were super yummy! Of course, now we'll be eating soup and crackers for the rest of the month to meet the food budget. *L* It was worth it.
