So far Bush hasn't had to be responsible for one thing since taking office. Eather those critical were unfair, it wasn't Bush's fault, someone else was to blame or another excuse was used.

I happen to think this is politically brilliant. First, it should be noted that Bush is using Exec. Privilege to keep from releasing information damaging to the Clintons -- not to himself.

This is going to act like the FBI files did under Clinton. "Don't mess with us, or we will release these documents, when the timing suits us."
