I would like to see some brave leader introduce a constitutional amendment prohibiting the payment by the federal government of money extorted from one racial group for the benefit of another. In other words, re-endorse meritocracy, and vanquish the socialist pipe dream.

I share your sentiment, but amending the Constitution is a seriously daunting task.
