When I moved to Florida and went to get plates, every single vanity plate pushed some left wing program (support government teachers, support state funding for the arts, support environmentalism etc..etc). The only exception was a plate helping to fund a space shuttle museum. There was no outcry then. Only when "Choose Life" plates were issued did what was on plates become an issue.

Not a whole lot of liberal causes, mostly just things promoting the state. I like the fact that we can get Boy Scout and Girl Scout plates.
