The Grand Jury in Modesto met for 3 1/2 hours Thurs. evening. No comment afterwards from any members of the panel save the foreman who stated the secrecy of such proceedings.

KOVR 13 Sacramento had a telephone interview with Atty. Jim Robinson, and Robinson stated he would be calling the County Courts on Friday to get latest info from the courts.

If he fails to get an investigation, he will study his options such as filing the same charges in San Francisco County.
