Because they actually cheated by extending hours in Lula’s districts and closing Bolsonaro’s districts. From what I’ve read, Bolsonaro was leading before this happened.

it’s amazing what an emergency extension 3 minutes before polls close by a Lula-friendly judge will do.
Why are people from Germany allowed to vote? They are voting for the communist
It’s just a name but what if Lula had been the name of Gen. Patton, Eisenhower or Hitler?
The voters must be Brazil nuts.
We’re gonna take their oil anyway, right?
My shocked face....😴

Like our college football ruling to set back the clock three seconds so a game over U. of Michigan loss turned into a victory.
A “Lula” of an election denying Trump total domination of the Western Hemisphere for now.
Brazilian beef and goods will now be determined bad by Trump. They will face tariffs and possbily banned for import.
With 99% in, Lula has 64M votes. Let me just say I fully expect when the counting stops, Lula will have 81M.
Sound familiar, coming here again soon.
You can vote your way into socialism, but you have to fight your way out
No one should be surprised they are not voting their way out of this.
“No first-round loser in the history of Brazilian democracy has bounced back to win the runoff, but Lula’s campaign has regained momentum with massive protests and an intense digital campaign since the shock result.”
Brazilians get what they voted for....or do they?
I was watching Nick Shirley reporting from Brazil.
The young he was interviewing were very excited about kicking out the communists.
Like the USA under Obama, we had lots to learn and lots to change.
Its going to take time for Brazil.
Lula and his fellow communists have been able to pack the Brazilian Supreme Court with their fellow travelers; thus you have things like the two hour extension for voting in the Northeast part of Brazil which is concentrated leftwing. If we lose the Senate, you can forget having one Trump appointed judge approved, not one. And if it is 50/50 you can count on phony Republican Murkowski switching to the Dems to give them the majority.
