New York City’s (NYC) socialist Mayor Zohran Mamdani advised illegal aliens on how to dodge U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents and instructed them on their rights.
In a video posted to X with English subtitles, Mamdani, speaking in Spanish, explained that ICE agents “cannot legally enter” private spaces unless they have a judicial order, and that illegal migrants have the right to be silent.
“If you encounter ICE, these are your rights,” Mamdani said. “First, ICE cannot legally enter private spaces without a judicial order. These spaces include your home, hospitals, churches, and private areas of your workplace.”
Mamdani continued to explain that on documents, the illegal aliens should keep an eye out for the words, “United States District Court” and for a judge’s signature. The NYC mayor added that if the agents “don’t have a judicial order,” they can state that they “do not consent” to the ICE agents entering.
“Second, you have the right to remain silent. If ICE stops you on the street, ask, ‘Am I free to go?’ If the agent says yes, walk away calmly. Speak with a lawyer before signing any documents or making any decisions about your immigration status or case,” Mamdani continued. “Third, you are not alone. Anyone can call the city’s immigration legal support line.”

Madmani is not from this country.
Will that scum bag be arrested?
Advising or assisting undocumented immigrants to evade ICE is a crime depending on the specific actions taken and the context.
Section 1324 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA): Federal law Section 1324 (8 U.S.C. § 1324) makes it a felony to bring in, transport, harbor, conceal, shield, or encourage or induce an alien to come to, enter, or reside in the United States in violation of the law.
Actively hiding, sheltering, or helping an individual escape detection or arrest by ICE agents can lead to criminal harboring or obstruction charges. Physically blocking ICE agents, refusing lawful orders during an operation, or helping a target flee an active enforcement action can result in charges for obstruction of justice or resisting law enforcement.
Protected Speech-——Sharing educational information about constitutional rights, standard “Know Your Rights” guidelines (such as the right to remain silent or the requirement for a judicial warrant to enter a home), or participating in public policy advocacy is generally protected under the First Amendment and is not illegal.
Moving from general legal education into direct coordination—such as advising specific individuals on how to dodge an active raid, orchestrating a flight from authorities, or providing material assistance to evade a warrant—runs a high risk of crossing into criminal territory under federal harbor/inducement provisions.
National Immigration Project SECTION 1324 criminalizes bringing, transporting, concealing, harboring, shielding, or encouraging/inducing unauthorized entry.
ICE should dump the illegals at Mandami’s home.
Lots of them.
