ICE confirmed its agents arrested 51-year-old Milton Ramos-Rodriguez in San Francisco's SoMa neighborhood after bystander footage showed tactical and plainclothes officers detaining him. Federal authorities stated Ramos-Rodriguez is from El Salvador and had a prior voluntary manslaughter conviction in California. They also said he was previously deported. Local immigrant rights advocates and city officials condemned the enforcement action, in which video shows an agent brandishing a gun. City officials are now working to secure emergency funds for immigrant legal services.

illegals deported after conviction of a violent crime ought to have a DNA sample taken for future identification, and then face summary execution if they are ever found in the U.S. again. No trial, no lawyer, just establish his identity and put a bullet in his head.

A DNA sample is taken from every illegal alien arrested by the Border Patrol. However there is q huge backlog since under Biden millions came in to the country.
Additionally they are finding an error rate of about 25%. Alot of these errors were created by agents doing sloppy work. I knew some agents who never even took a sample but sealed it and put it in the bin to be processed.
Take out his organs while he is alive and donate all of them to US citizens.
No pain meds to be administered.
Taking off any finger should have been done.
Those are pretty difficult to fake or not notice.
