The chief adviser to Argentine President Javier Milei has said Britain is being "colonized by Islam," using the election of a Muslim lawmaker in London to argue that Argentina should reclaim the Falkland Islands.
Santiago Caputo, one of Milei's closest political advisers, made the remarks in a social media post that the Argentine president later shared, according to a Guardian report.
Caputo cited the election of Sagal Abdi-Wali, a Labour MP who took her oath of allegiance on the Quran, as evidence of what he portrayed as the growing influence of Islam in Britain.
Caputo said that Islam's presence in the U.K. raised concerns about the future of Western influence in the South Atlantic. He linked his claims about British society to Argentina's longstanding sovereignty dispute over the islands.
In his statement on X, Caputo—who has worked for Milei since 2021—wrote that the "United Kingdom was, in many ways, the cradle of modern Western civilization." However, he added it now posed a threat to the West.
Caputo wrote: "Seeing the United Kingdom being colonised by Islam is not only an imminent risk to the cause of the west as a whole, but also a historical tragedy for those of us who defend the ideas of liberty.
"This is yet another reason why Argentina must firmly project itself toward the south Atlantic and reclaim the Las Malvinas [Argentina’s name for the Falklands].

A fair argument.
The Falklands should never be a part of The Caliphate.
America is being Colonized by lots of Separatist groups.
All want the free tax money.
Pay nothing into the system.
No Military Service.
Proclaim their Separatism openly and nothing will stop it.
They use the American system against the American People.

They have no clue what the UK is like now. They would be happier belonging to Argentina.

Argentina should follow the Sun Tzu strategy and show some patience.
Wait a few more years and Britain will complete its conversion to total basket case.
One of my more favorite subjects. 2,000 Falklanders are loyal to the crown. It cost #500k PER RESIDENT to bail them out militarily in 1982. It may have been the right thing to do but was it WORTH IT? Fast forward to today. Gutted military unable to pull it off a second time. The best thing the limeys have going for them is democracy in Argentina where an invasion is less likely. In the meantime the UK is in a meltdown. My solution is for both sides to save face by leasing the islands to the US for 99 years and then like Hong Kong turning them over to Argentina. Oil and mineral agreements to be negotiated as well as arrangements for the locals to relocate if they wish to leave. American citizenship is a better option than the crown these days.
The best way to start this off is to send Marco down there to speak with the locals. Disarm the garrison first.

It's "racist" to hand over the Falklands to Argentina.
Taking back the Falklands BEFORE it becomes a forward operating base for Islamic-run UK makes a LOT of sense. But we need to work on the nukes before someone in Europe starts firing them - either the Caliphate or the dying-off White governments finally getting their WW3 against Russia.
I figured the Argentines wanted the Falklands so they could make money on Islamic sex tourism . . .
It is folks around here who go on wild anti Muslim rants—and forget that Pakistan is Muslim and has nuclear weapons.
Meanwhile Pakistan is a dubious “ally”—traditionally their secret (intelligence) services have been at least partially hostile to us—and at least partially because they are Muslim.
The money we pay them are best seen as bribes—which work until they no longer work.
