President Trump’s investment accounts continued to actively trade individual stocks in June, revealing they made more than 1,000 transactions, according to his latest government disclosure.
The White House said Saturday that the president has no role in the trading, which it said is handled by independent managers that use computer models that automatically replicate stock indexes.
There were more than 550 purchases and more than 450 sales revealed in the latest filing released Saturday. Among the largest stock trades were purchases of at least $1 million worth of each Berkshire Hathaway, Visa and Mastercard. These are all companies that the Trump accounts have previously traded.
Those purchases were made on June 18, the same day his accounts sold more than $1 million worth of Meta Platforms and Motorola. That was a day after the president signed an interim peace deal in Versailles, France, to end the conflict with Iran.
Trump’s accounts have been active buyers and sellers of individual stocks since he returned to the White House, raising concerns about the potential for conflicts of interest. He made big bets on tech stocks in the first quarter, though some of his biggest investments in June were financial institutions.
Earlier this year, a 900-page filing revealed the accounts had made more than 21,000 trades last year. Trump made more than $2 billion in 2025, largely from his investments in crypto ventures. The investment accounts are in a revocable trust overseen by Donald Trump Jr.
“Neither President Trump nor any member of his family has any ability to direct, influence, or provide input regarding how the portfolio is invested or when investments are bought or sold,” White House spokesman Davis Ingle said in an email. “All investment decisions are made entirely by independent managers.”

Oh they’ve got him now! Financial managers for his blind trust made trades! Impeach! 25th amendment! Breeeee!
(Sarcasm of course)
And what the hell has happened to the WSJ? Might as well merge with the NY Times at this rate.
Nancy Pelosi should run Pres. Trump’s blind trusts…..
He made 1000 moves on the stock market and didn’t get a speeding ticket?
“...the president has no role in the trading...”

Which means the headline up above is bullcrap.
Globalist Rupert Murdoch purchasing the WSJ is what happened.
It was all downhill from that point.
> And what the hell has happened to the WSJ? <
Great question. I remember reading the WSJ back in the day. They’d have three interesting and nonpolitical stories on the front page. One in the left column, one in the right column, and one in the middle.
I particularly enjoyed the middle column stories. They were usually quirky - fun and different.
Now as you mentioned, I might as well be reading the New York Times.
No thanks.
Every single leftoid article on his and his family finances always leave out these are blind trusts or similar. Every one.
Yep
BTW that pushed Louis B. Winthorp over the edge.
The paper had a genteel and witty style that I miss. It greatly respected the reader's intelligence. It was certainly conservative. It also had no interest in appealing to XX individuals, which was greatly appealing.
Now it's all Lifetime-type stories and recipes. Plus scientific stories about how XY individuals have ruined the world.
Tremendous loss of a great American broadsheet which went the liberal, woke, senility and pandering route to its sad demise.
I don’t know the significance of the number of trades. With high frequency trading you can do tens of thousands of trades in a second.
Federal law (the STOCK Act) requires members of Congress to publicly disclose financial transactions made by themselves or their spouses.
To date, no regulatory body or law enforcement agency has brought forth evidence or charges of illegal insider trading against the Pelosi family.
Because Paul Pelosi’s portfolio has included major tech and energy investments that sometimes intersect with legislative topics, the trades have drawn intense public criticism, congressional oversight calls, and popular online tracking tools.
Legal experts note that proving intentional use of nonpublic information remains a very high legal burden, which has fueled broader calls to ban individual stock trading for lawmakers entirely.
Its not a blind trust. Its a "trust overseen by Donald Trump Jr".
A presidential blind trust is a financial arrangement where an independent trustee manages a president's personal assets so the president cannot see or control their day-to-day investments.
Most presidents since Lyndon Johnson or Ronald Reagan placed their liquid assets into blind trusts.
President Donald Trump did not use an independent blind trust. His business holdings are managed by his adult sons and business associates.
Which means the headline up above is bullcrap.
President has no role, but his son, Donald Trump Jr, controls the account.
This could have all been easily avoided, by putting all the investments into basic index funds and/or Treasury notes.
The investment accounts are in a revocable trust overseen by Donald Trump Jr.

His business and personal investments are in a revocable trust managed by the Trump family and their cronies which allows Trump to see and access his profits.
And yes there has been a lot of trading but the number of trades aren't what's important. It's their timing.
And the questions the Wall Street journal are asking now will pale beside what the Democrats are going to be asking when they start holding hearings.
He has to report the sales. I think the “news” is that Presidents before him were not active traders, even in their blind trusts.
So…he reports the sales and the media reports the report.
The biggest problem is that the average person has no idea how any of this works and they think its corruption.
No, the issue is whether trades could be influenced by actions of the presidency. In a real blind trust there is no way that happens. With the trust overseen by Donald Trump Jr, even a conversation between the president and his son could lead to trades based on inside information.

But, as a president, selling Trump meme coins to his supporters, was not something to be proud of.
Nearly 1 million buyers of the Official Trump (TRUMP) meme coin are sitting on a combined $3.81 billion in losses, according to blockchain analytics firm Nansen. The TRUMP meme coin now trades roughly 98% below its January 2025 record high.
