It's a bill that was created to protect fraudsters from being exposed, essentially. This bill is a complete violation of the first amendment. It even says inside of the bill. If a immigration support service provider were to give me a demand letter, I would not be able to post the video. It's a complete violation of the First Amendment. And fun fact, this bill was created by the attorney general's wife, Mia Bonta. She's an assemblywoman who created this bill only after I exposed widespread fraud in locations like Minnesota. And then I announced I was coming here to California on January thirty first after I had filmed the videos, and then they created this bill to stop the fraud from being exposed. Here in California, they've learned that by using immigrant support service providers, they can funnel millions upon millions of dollars to nonprofits, NGOs, provide health care for illegal migrants and immigrants just in general. And then they will then funnel that money back into their agendas. And it's one big churn wheel that continues to enable the fraud and to continue to push these crazy agendas here inside the state of California. So for the first time in a long time, we're pushing back. We're having this rally here today to say we do not support this bill. We don't want this bill taking place.

So, this rally was against Nick and for that trashy Bill, correct? Did Nick have any kind of support group there for his cause? I didn’t hear about any riots and massive arrests going on today in Sacramento, so, I guess the pot didn’t boil over. At least it didn’t for now.
Gov. candidate Steve Hilton should be talking about this, if he isn’t already.
Bill of Attainder:
A law that declares a specific person or group guilty and imposes punishment without a judicial trial.
The Constitution specifically bans bills of attainder for both the federal government and the states.
Lèse-majesté is a law that makes it a criminal offence to “defame, insult, or threaten” the King, the Queen, the heir-apparent, or the Regent.

The bill goes even further by seeking to hold Nick at fault for the actions of a 3rd party in relation to a posted video. Cali Dems do NOT want the fraud exposed.
