Trying to get us to attack Russia.The Russians sent a missile, probably a cruise missile, into Poland. Unlike drones, they don't go off target very often. Plus three drones shot down by Romania in Romania or its territorial waters the past week.
Putin probably thinks he's intimidating the Europeans into backing off support for Ukraine, but he's just pissing people off royally.
