Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin on Friday is to announce new election security crackdowns after The Post a day earlier revealed the feds found at least 278,000 noncitizens registered to vote in US federal elections.

Mullin will address the Trump administration’s “efforts to secure American elections” during an 11 a.m. news conference following the president’s Thursday primetime speech on vulnerabilities with US voting.

“Only Americans should be electing American leaders,” Mullin said in a post to X announcing the briefing. In the speech, Trump confirmed The Post’s reporting of the 278,000 illegal voter registrations — noting the full total could be far larger.

MOTOR VOTER registers to vote: The Dead, Minors 16-17, non-citizens, felons, movers, vacant houses, vacant lots. Very few Dead, non-citizens, etc actually vote. Vote Harvesters vote on behalf of all of the above as well and real persons who choose not to vote. Vote Harvesters do not care or discriminate between whose name they use.

This is made possible because the EAC/HAVA funded Motor Voter and allowed/encouraged the computer screen and software to be designed this way. So when people go to get a driver's license they are automatically registered to vote. It is possible for those not qualified to vote to avoid being registered. But it requires extra steps, extra inconvenience.

The MOTOR VOTER software paid for by us should be properly designed and developed.

Focusing only on non-citizens still allows vote harvesters.

Separately, LEGACY.com does reliably reports the dead and is timely. The County/State/Federal agencies that record the dead can also be used. But they are not timely.

There are many, many different types of vote fraud. Ultimately proof must be that the count at the PRECINCT level is wrong. That means
1) PROVING people who allegedly voted did not vote. A vote harvester must have voted on their behalf at the PRECINCT level.
2) Proving that the PRECINCT count for one or more of the candidates is wrong. To do this affadavits from voters must be collected.
2a) Both Trump and Harris were unpopular. The expected 3d party vote was much smaller than expected. How many voted 3d party but on a counting table their vote was shifted to Harris
2b) The count of Trump voters was shifted to Harris.
2c) The count of Trump voters was declared “spoiled”.
3) The voters must be contacted and sign affadavits to prove most types of vote fraud. Other data is useful as evidence and is leads to be followed but is not PROOF.
4) FBI found nothing? Did the FBI approach me about what I know? No. I am fairly easy to find and have been a “player” since 2013. I was specifically brought to GA from IL due to my experience in IL with voter systems.
If the FBI looks in the wrong place they will not find the right answer.
5) 6 years after the election, it is near impossible to prove vote fraud...certainly to prove any big number of vote fraud.
6) Procedural violations should not be confused with vote fraud. There are specific procedures for handling ballots in the counting room. Violating those procedures is wrong. But it is only vote fraud if it can be proven that it changed an actual vote and maybe name the voter whose vote was changed.

7) Vote Fraud is inside baseball...of interest to you and me and 29 other people in GA. The vast majority of voters are not motivated to vote by discussions of inside baseball minutiae.

8) One term mayor Bottoms is unacceptable.

9) Rick Jackson is Mr Healthcare. In GA Healthcare (DCH, DHS, DPH, DBHDD, etc) is the single biggest government expense of both State and Federal government. Jackson MUST HAVE a prominent healthcare message that drowns out the inside baseball discussion of vote fraud. The more vote fraud is the issue, the fewer good people on our side on other issues will stay home and not want to get involved.
