An illegal migrant truck driver who killed three people after plowing into several vehicles on a Southern California freeway has been sentenced to less than five years in prison for the horrifying wreck.
Jashanpreet Singh, 21, an Indian migrant who entered the US under the Biden administration, smashed into seven other vehicles on the 10 Freeway in Ontario in October 2025.
Singh pleaded guilty to three counts of felony vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence for the crime last week. He faced up to 10 years in prison, but was sentenced Tuesday to four years and eight months.
Prosecutors said Singh changed his plea last month from not guilty to guilty.
US Immigration and Customs Enforcement lodged an immigration detainer against Singh following his October arrest.
The California Department of Motor Vehicles confirmed Singh held a California commercial driver’s license, according to NBC Los Angeles.
A witness told the outlet that he heard what sounded like an explosion as Singh’s red semi-truck sped toward stopped traffic.
“It didn’t stop. It didn’t swerve. It didn’t make any kind of maneuvers. It just went straight in,” Jason Calmelat said.
Traffic on the westbound freeway had slowed moments before the collision, but Singh’s truck did not stop before setting off the deadly chain reaction, a spokesman for the California Highway Patrol said.

It looks like this was a plea deal. Plead guilty, and get less than half of the maximum California sentence.
Such a deal is good for both the defense and the prosecution. Saves everyone involved a lot of time.
But it’s not a good deal for Justice. It cheapens the lives of the three people this piece of garbage killed. But most states don’t care about that.
This is not justice.
It appears that the American people are going to have to start deporting these murdering slobs back to where they came from. The are not and never will be Americans. “Freeloader Amnesty” does not make one an American.

True that. Actual justice would be to put this piece of garbage in prison for the max. AND prosecute everyone involved who gave him his driver’s license. Those folks are all, at a minimum, guilty of negligence. Perhaps even accessories to murder before the fact.
But of course those folks will see no consequences at all.
Any illegal alien that murders Americans should be executed. No exceptions.
One Biden judge for every American killed by these scumbags.

If so, take the insurer to court for failure to do due diligence.
One successful case won’t hurt much, but it hopefully would open the floodgates.

That is a really good idea.
Side story: I’m a retired urban high school teacher. You might be surprised at how often city school teachers get assaulted. It’s way more than what’s reported in the news.
And the administrators just don’t care… unless the injured teacher gets a lawyer. Then all of a sudden they care.
When justice is denied, street justice will arise.
So killing Californians only costs people a little over a year and a half, each,

The people who gave him the license to drive a truck needs to be fired and go to jail as well.
