President Trump said Wednesday that he believes his memorandum of understanding with Iran is dead after he ordered overnight airstrikes on 80 targets after Iranian forces attacked three commercial ships.
“I don’t like them at all. And frankly, I think we wasted a lot of time with them, I think we should just do our business,” Trump said in his first public remarks after ordering the airstrikes.
When asked by a reporter if the preliminary peace deal, which Trump signed June 17, was dead, Trump replied: “To me, i think it’s over. I don’t want to deal with them anymore. They’re scum.”
“They’re vicious, violent people… so far as I’m concerned, it’s over,” Trump said. “So far as I’m concerned, it’s just a waste of time dealing with them. They’re liars”
“They’re liars, they’re cheats, they’re sick people,” he added. “Frankly, I don’t want to waste my time with them. Now I’ll let our wonderful negotiators keep talking if they want, but I don’t see it.”

I applaud his decision to publicly announce that he is through treating them as good-faith negotiators, and is returning to the more-proven tools of statesmanship and diplomacy - kinetic weapons.

Higher prices are inhibiting oil consumption and alternate arrangements are being made for transportation of oil that doesn’t involve the strait. In the long run Iran’s ability to negatively affect oil prices will diminish. Then they will be all out of cards. It would be smart for the straits producers to build a trans-shipment pipeline that eliminates the need for tankers to even enter the straits.

Now he should listen to the echoes of Sheridan, Pershing, Sherman, Grant, Patton, and LeMay. Close the doors and lock them, no exits except your choosing. Take the oil fields, wells and distribution. Destroy the water. Firebomb and burn the cities. Push them to Pakistan and Afghanistan. Let the Chinese open their borders to help if they want. Iranians want to hate and kill, then give them something to hate, something terrible to lament.
To the democrats and Israel haters. This is our opportunity to completely control a middle eastern country with resources and displace its entire population to ‘friendly’ Islamic neighbors brothers. We don’t need to pour money or support to Israel if Iran is absorbed. This deal works for everyone except Vladimir Putin, China, Terrorists, and oil producing nations that gouge us.
