Food trucks should have the same permits, fees and inspections as “brick & mortar” restaurants, It sounds like this is a statewide standardization of this standard.
If they are subject to regular inspection, I would think that would increase the business.
As should all the sidewalk vendors. Turning our cities into Tijuana.
