As Democrats across the country criticize education programs in red states, Arkansas Republican Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders is touting a major achievement in her state she hopes will serve as an education blueprint for all states, regardless of politics, nationwide.
"The thing we're most excited about is the fact that so many Arkansas students are doing better now than they would have been doing pre-LEARNS legislation," Sanders told Fox News Digital on the day her office announced a "major breakthrough" in education following implementation of a 2023 Republican-backed statewide education overhaul, known as the LEARNS Act.

I like Sarah and would never slam her, but I will never vote for a female.
I have always liked her a lot but I don’t think you can beat a Vance/Rubio ticket for raw gravitas.
I like her a lot and would definitely consider voting for her. But I’d have to hear where she stands on more issues first.
Considering the abject failure of Democrat run schools, this seems hard to fathom.
To the point that you would vote Democrat if a woman was on the Republican ticket? Or are you referring in a Primary sense.
“I have always liked her a lot but I don’t think you can beat a Vance/Rubio ticket for raw gravitas.”
VS
DeSantis/Sanders
I vote DeSantis/Sanders...
I will never vote for a female ... or a democrat ... period ...
Mississippi has made great strides in K-12 education in recent years. Ever since they gave up on the Progressive nonsense and actually started teaching reading.
Embracing phonics, and rejecting any use of whole language theory. And mandatory retention of students who fail a 3rd grade reading test.

Arkansas is following the same path, they just started a few years later.
Those desks would have looked old and antiquated in my school room 65 years ago
Probably a lot better than the Minnesota Lear Act.
One thing about the Republican presidential roster, we are deep.
I would say the same thing for any other FEMALE but for Sarah, I would make an exception. She has her dad’s savvy and intelligence....I like her... WHY are we not seeing her dad on the news? It’s been a long time since anyone had him on...
Vance/Rubio - DeSantis/Sanders
That would be a difficult choice for me...probably the latter...
Thankful 2028 is looking up...
Ascendant States soar higher and higher into unprecedented stratospheric education excellence, while the woke cesspools sink deeper and deeper into illiteracy and ignorance. Their children cannot even read, write, or do arithmetic! No wonder they are violent, stupid, and inferior in every wae!
“No wonder they are violent, stupid, and inferior in every wae!”
Describes the perfect Democrat.
From the article:
The law also raised the minimum teacher salary from $36,000 to $50,000, created performance-based teacher bonuses, boosted literacy support, funded school safety initiatives and banned critical race theory and classroom teachings related to critical race theory, gender identity, sexual orientation and sexually explicit materials.
Hard to believe this is considered conservative school reform. This should be normative.
Yes. It does. I’ll add resentful, ignorant, envious, and full of hate.
Mike Hukabee is very busy in Israel and does not have time for show and tell in the states.
