State election officials could soon face a stark choice: Hand over voter lists to the Trump administration or risk losing Postal Service delivery for mail-in ballots.
That dilemma stems from newly proposed USPS rules that seek to comply with an executive order President Donald Trump signed this spring to crack down on mail-in voting. If courts let the order stand, it would give the federal government an unprecedented role in elections — and could put even more voter data in the hands of Trump officials searching for supposed election fraud.
The proposed rules lay out new conditions that states would have to meet to send ballots through the mail, including giving the agency lists of all voters set to receive mail ballots.

You can bet this will get judge shopped fast by the left.
“”You can bet this will get judge shopped fast by the left.””
***
And you can bet the usual suspect RINOs will be in sync with the leftist Democrats on this issue, as well.
Anyone believe the postal service in the blue states will comply with this directive? I sure don’t.
Better step: If you’re able bodied and can be present at the polls on Election Day, get your bleeping butt to the polls.
Ummm, if blue states are so blue, why does Deep State have to steal their elections...? 🤔
This is poking at the perimeter, never know where it leads you.......................
I can definitely see unintended consequences arising.
The mail has become a big part of the theft machine. The rat controlled states will ignore the directive if a hack judge doesn’t toss it first.
Here come da, judge.
Trump will be sued. Unconstitutional. Denying the right to vote.
Think of the tryanny a Democrat will do if Trump is successful.
THEY ARE FEDERALLY FUNDED....THEY WILL HAVE TO COMPLY.
THE STATES DO NOT CONTROL THE USPS.
IIRC-—THE POSTAL SERVICE IS THE OLDEST FEDERAL PROGRAM-—
THE PONY EXPRESS RAN FROM APRIL 1861 TO OCT 1862.
This proposal has zero chance of withstanding a legal challenge.
The USPS doesn’t have the authority to withhold mail.
After lawfare plays out, this could not only stop the “post-dated by” ballots, but eliminate mail-in voting completely for non-complying states.
Would a Supreme Court endorse fraudulent voter rolls ?....which do not affect states determining methods of elections, but rather who is eligible.
There are basic federal requirements that must apply to elections..this is one.
We shall see.

Perhaps the IRS can require people to register.
States, counties and cities would no longer have to maintain voter registries.
Dead of arrival, at least 47 liberal judges will say no way Jose.
I can definitely see unintended consequences arising.
