For me, the most chilling thing in the bodycam footage of Henry Nowak’s last moments of life is the cops’ cruel presumption that he is lying. As he writhes in terror and agony and cries out ‘I’ve been stabbed!’, a voice in the background – presumably that of the lowlife who murdered him, Vickrum Digwa – says: ‘He hasn’t been stabbed.’ A female officer responds. ‘I know’, she says. ‘But we have to check, don’t we?’
I know. It is delivered with dry, bureaucratic indifference. Henry is heard moaning, begging, ‘I can’t breathe’, yet here is a representative of the state seeming to agree with his knife-wielding tormentor that he is making it up. That cold, cavalier utterance – I know – will have cemented dying Henry’s great dread: that the police were taking the side of his killer rather than him. As his young, precious life came to an end, he heard himself being disbelieved, distrusted, icily written off as a fabulist. His murderer, meanwhile, was afforded respect. The state blindly bowed to his filthy lies.

By what law do police arrive on the scene of a disturbance and without witnessing anything, arrest one person based upon the unsubstantiated claims of another? It’s not even, “We’ll have to take you down the police station to give us a sworn statement”. No, its a cop playing judge based upon whomever he/she wants to believe, and it happens all the time, particularly in domestic disputes.
The UK is kinda different in how they approach ‘law’ these days. Especially when dealing with their ‘protected classes’.

One officer, unrelated to the direct handling of the student but misidentified online, was forced to relocate due to death threats, police said. Hampshire Police officially apologised for the fact that the student was handcuffed and arrested, saying they regret the incident.
According to a statement from the Deputy Chief Constable, officers removed the handcuffs and began first aid within minutes of realizing the severity of the situation.
The suspect, Vickrum Digwa, who told police a “wicked lie” that he was the victim of a racial attack while he actually stabbed the student, was sentenced to life in prison with a minimum of 21 years on June 1, 2026. —— BBC

The innocent Brit Nowak was stabbed by the lying Sikh Digwa five times,
including twice in his legs, once in the face and a fatal wound to the chest.
Rather than calling an ambulance, the self-satisfied killer Sikh filmed the dying boy.
Digwa gave the knife to his mother, found by police
at their home along with more than 20 other weapons.
The mother was found guilty of aiding and abetting. Now Digwa’s
brother and father are also charged with concealing weapons.
It wasn’t just Vickrum’s actions.

I only saw a small low quality version of the video but it looked to me like he was being handled roughly, pulled here and there, and all I could think of was, what does that do to stab wounds.

The girls parents found out and were banging on the door to apartment where the 15 year old girl was being raped.
The police came by and arrested the parents
