But San Joaquin law enforcement officials hogtied by California’s contested sanctuary law failed to notify the feds, and Escoto was set free, the official said.
Buy the house next door to,Gavin Newsom’s and move him in there
Three times should be the chime for an immediate execution....spit.

Perhaps the California legislators might be sued to pay for their folly in the Eastern District.
We need to have a law whereby, if you are caught in the country AFTER we’ve already deported you, then you go to prison for 20 years with no possibility of parole and get deported to the worst chithole we can find.
How long before Gruesome and the UNHINGED Hollyweird libs call for this murderer’s release???
Next governor of California:
Xavier Becerra strongly supports California’s status as a sanctuary state, pledging as a 2026 gubernatorial candidate to maintain and defend its immigrant protections. His stance and track record on this issue encompass several key components
Strong Pro-Sanctuary Stance: Becerra guarantees that, under his administration, local police departments will not cooperate with federal immigration enforcement (ICE) efforts.Defending Existing Laws:
As Governor, he vows to protect the California Values Act (SB 54), which restricts state and local law enforcement from using their resources to investigate or detain people for federal immigration purposes.Past Legal Record:
During his tenure as California Attorney General, Becerra filed over 120 lawsuits against the Trump administration. This included actively suing the federal government to defend California’s sanctuary policies and challenging executive orders that targeted sanctuary jurisdictions.Healthcare & Welfare:
He supports maintaining universal access to Medi-Cal coverage for undocumented immigrants and providing schooling and medical care to those who work and pay taxes in the state.
Could not the DoJ have charged him and put him in a federal facility by federal court order?
ANOTHER “SPENDER”
Yet the stupid voters of California will continue to elect idiot officials who support policies that protect foreign criminals.
Xaviar Becerra as governor.
Karen Bass as Mayor of Los Angeles.
California is in a doom spiral.
We need to have a law whereby, if you are caught in the country AFTER we’ve already deported you, then you go to prison for 20 years with no possibility of parole and get deported to the worst chithole we can find.
......
We may have to kill enemies domestic disguised as elected officials first..
many would be happy for that. the federal prison industries employ many inmate illegals, they can actually send 3-6 hundred dollars a month home to their families, more than they can from any job on the street because they don’t have room and board, recreation or transportation, medical and clothing are also free. they work in the federal boot and shoe military clothing also wood products for govt offices. they have been irritating judges from the 70s on to get 2-10 year sentences and go home and retire.
Becerra is a lock, bank it. Bass too probably.
More blood on demoRAT hands, more blood on Gaven NewSCUM’s hands....
Will Californians ever get sanctuary from these supposed leaders who live in gate guarded communities with a 5 minute police response or on site state police?
We should make it a policy that no visa are issued for residents of a country that refuses deportation of its own citizens.
Not at all; this guy’s a shoo-in for governor in several blue states.
Give the bass turd a job as a janitor in Mikie The Skank Sherrill’s office building in New Joysey. Maybe he’ll turn Luigi on her ass.
Sanctuary Law = Oxymoron
Thank Biden and the dems for bringing him in.
In California? This scumbag will die of old age on death row.
