A former Justice Department attorney in Florida has been indicted for allegedly transmitting sealed government records, including a confidential report tied to the investigation into President Donald Trump’s handling of classified documents, to her personal email.

Thank you very much and God bless you.

This article has a good picture of the seditious witch, Carmen Lineberger. Looks like she creagted a good, strong paper trail. May she develop many new "love" interests while in prison.

The indictment does not explain why Lineberger allegedly sent the material to her personal email or whether she intended to share it publicly

She most certainly intended to leak it to controlled mainstream media. The whole purpose of the Smith case against Trump was headline-producing lawfare, manufactured outrage and political entanglement. Smith continued to write his "report" even after the Judge told him the case was closed.

Another one of Comey and Brennan's "legions" inside the DOJ and Intel establishment

She did intend to share it. Regardess government policy is very strict on sending proprietary email and documentation, or even highly sensitive information such as this to their private email.

At work we have very strict rules about sending company info on private email. One person in my office got fired with cause (not even given the chance to resign) for doing it. The only thing I send home are for off hours activities like the company NCAA contest or company picnic. And I never disguise that.

Well, she had someone in mind to share it with. I hope they are investigating that trail.

“Throw away years of a solid career as a traitor to her country. Smart/sarc”

From her picture in the article it appears she’s an unattractive fiftyish female who was on her way to a comfortable retirement. POOF! To all that. Instead she’s going to spend the next several years of her life wrestling a tar baby and spending hundreds of thousands of dollars doing it.

Correction: the article says she’s 62, an absolutely horrible age at which to be facing a Federal indictment in a (likely) highly unfriendly district in southern FL. And she had it so good until then, coasting to a highly lucrative pension. Now all she has to look forward to is an active “love” life in a Fedseral pen.

She will probably get the same harsh punishment as Clinesmith, which means she’ll get no punishment.
