THE 200,000th migrant who crossed the English Channel allegedly checked into a four-star hotel just 32 hours after landing on a UK beach.

The migrant reportedly reached British shores on a small boat last Friday before they were whisked off to the £134-a-night hotel in Hampshire.

A Home Office coach took the migrant – alongside 69 others – to the Crowne Plaza in Basingstoke on Saturday afternoon, reports the Daily Mail.

The outlet said the group were donned in a grey Home Office tracksuit and sandals and provided with accommodation less than three days after departing the French coast.

The 70 migrants – all said to be from African and Middle Eastern countries – reached Dover on a small boat after allegedly each paying £1,500 to traffickers.

The dinghy was supposedly escorted by the French Navy before Border Force vessels brought it into Dover, Kent.

Even if they only jailed the smugglers/dinghy_captains they could put an end to this.

I travel internationally and present my passport while they throw theirs overboard.

I go to the UK and pay for hotel and my own meals while they get them for free.

I go to NYC and pay for hotels and meals while the same hotel I last used is now migrants only.

I ride the DC subway and pay a fare while others jump the fare barriers.

Apparently I don’t know how to function in the modern world.

In most countries of the world, newly arrived illegal aliens would be thrown into refugee camps or in prison. Incentivize illegal immigration and - surprise! - you get illegal aliens.

The British official in charge of the Home Office is the Home Secretary. The current Home Secretary is Shabana Mahmood.

She is a devout Muslim.

Just sayin’.

I suspect that only a military coup will save them now. Charles would never go for such a thing. It wouldn’t be sporting. And William? Eh, probably not.

So, yeah. Britain is gone.

A four-star hotel is a high-quality accommodation offering upscale amenities, superior service, and a luxurious guest experience.
A four-star hotel represents a higher-tier lodging option that provides above-average comfort, stylish rooms, and a range of facilities designed to enhance the guest experience. Rooms are typically spacious, furnished with high-quality bedding, modern amenities such as flat-screen TVs, minibars, Wi-Fi, and often feature upgraded bathrooms with separate tubs and showers.

Facilities and services at a 4-star hotel usually include multiple dining options, full-service restaurants, bars or lounges, fitness centers, swimming pools, and sometimes spas. The hotel staff is trained to provide attentive, proactive service, including 24-hour reception, concierge assistance, room service, and housekeeping that maintains high standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

Compared to a 3-star hotel, a 4-star property offers more luxurious surroundings, enhanced comfort, and a higher staff-to-guest ratio, allowing for personalized attention such as assistance with reservations, valet parking, and turndown service. While not as extravagant as a 5-star hotel, a 4-star hotel ensures a premium experience with quality amenities and services that cater to both business and leisure travelers.

In summary, staying at a 4-star hotel provides a comfortable, upscale environment with comprehensive facilities and professional service, making it a popular choice for travelers seeking a balance of luxury and value.

Oh, yeah. Duhhhh. I should’ve thought of that immediately. Nothing but the best for the new Labour voters, paid for with Reform taxpayer’s money.

Since this is the UK, a 4 star hotel means a tiny room with 1 foot on each side of the bed, a tiny bathroom and a desk just big enough for a laptop.

but they did make a great hotel show IIRC this was the first bbc programme made and broadcast in 4k.
