The Department of Justice indicted former FBI Director James Comey for the second time on Tuesday, CNN reported, citing "two sources familiar."
The outlet did not identify the charges against Comey. The indictment follows a court dismissing a previous case against Comey, which was mired in legal scrutiny over the qualifications of acting U.S. Attorney Lindsey Halligan.

Haven’t yet seen which jurisdiction the indictment was filed in.
Some hack leftist judge will find another reason to dismiss the charges, whatever they are.
Venue is everything now that is how badly the rats have corrupted the Judiciary.

There are few details known about the indictment. Unclear which district he's been indicted in.
The DOJ is racking up some MAJOR wins this past week!
Hopefully one of the few districts that is not totally corrupted by the Left.
This is for the 86-47 shell photo that he put online. The jurisdiction is the Eastern Region of Virginia. I don’t see it even going to trial in this district.
Hopefully Nebraska or Wyoming.
If that’s the core of the case, it’s DOA.

People need to understand that DOJ is a huge, bloated, political apparatus. It had institutional and ideological rot encouraged by Obama/Holder, who turned it into America’s KGB. It then fought Trump for 4 years, then came back even more radicalized under Biden.
18 months to get control of it and conduct investigations “by the books” is quite good.

People don’t want to hear that. They think investigations, indictments, arrests are done like it is on TV. Done fast and tied up into a nice bow preferably in under an hour with commercial breaks.
