SPLC raised funds by keeping fake racism alive, and were attack dogs for the left.

They put friends I admire including Ayaan Hirsi Ali, and Charlie Kirk via Turning Point, on their “Hate and Extremism” list.

Some in Corporate America funded them, and many made donation rules, content moderation, and partnership decisions based on their nonsense.

We knew they were unethical; glad to see this admin expose SPLC’s criminal nature.

Their defense, and the media is faithfully supporting this, is that they were infiltrating groups to find out their movements. They saved lives, people! Saved lives!

This administration is doing more to rid America of communism than any other in the last 75 years, no wonder the left is going even more crazy.

Let’s go for it..........nail the SOB’s.

Any citizen can file a civil RICO case by filing a complaint in federal court showing they were injured in business or property by a pattern of at least two related racketeering acts (e.g., mail/wire fraud, bribery) within a 10-year period involving an “enterprise”.

Everything You Need to Know About RICO Claims notes you must file within five years of discovering the criminal activity and often file a specific RICO Statement detailing the allegations. SOURCE: US District Court • Southern District (.gov)

Steps to File a Civil RICO Case
Identify the RICO Elements: You must establish an “enterprise” (a group of people or entities) and a “pattern of racketeering” (at least two related predicate acts within 10 years, such as fraud, bribery, or money laundering).

The plaintiff must demonstrate a direct financial loss, not just that a crime occurred. File a formal civil complaint in US District Court (federal court).

File a RICO Case Statement: Many federal courts require a RICO Statement within 20 days of filing the complaint, providing detailed information on the defendants, victims, and the specific racketeering activities. defendant must be served according to federal rules. (US District Court • Southern District.gov)

Treble Damages: If you win, you can be awarded three times the amount of actual damages, plus attorney fees.

Statute of Limitations: The Supreme Court has ruled that a four-year statute of limitations generally applies, starting from the time the plaintiff discovers the injury.

NOTE: Only federal prosecutors can initiate criminal RICO cases (18 U.S.C. §§ 1961-1968), which can lead to 20+ years in prison and asset forfeiture.

Civil RICO: Private individuals who have suffered damages can file these lawsuits in civil court.
