Democrats send swat teams when evidence of illegal behavior surfaces. Republicans, well, they issue reports.

The summary is: the Democrats ActBlue fundraising apparatus is a scheme to launder foreign funds and hide large donor activity through a process of straw (fake) small amount donors. The House Judiciary Committee investigated as media reports of the fraud began to surface. The House sent subpoenas to five key ActBlue witnesses. The witnesses showed up and plead the fifth

WASHINGTON — ActBlue employees invoked their Fifth Amendment right at least 146 times in depositions with congressional committees investigating alleged donor fraud on the fundraising platform, according to an explosive report released Monday.

Two ActBlue officials, one of whom formerly served as VP of customer service, and three of its former lawyers “declined to answer a single one of the Committees’ substantive questions,” stated the interim staff report from the House Administration, Oversight and Judiciary Committees.

“Their unwillingness to testify only amplifies the Committees’ concerns,” the report added of the depositions between July and December 2025, also citing ActBlue CEO Regina Wallace-Wells’ seemingly “false statements to Congress” and withholding of documents pursuant to a subpoena for records.

False. Democrats have changed their ideology to meet the money every bit as much if not more than GOP, which has not changed all that much since Reagan.

Texas AG Ken Paxton charges ActBlue for “misleading consumers about its unlawful donation processes that allow fraudulent and foreign donations to undermine the integrity of our nation’s elections.”

They are doing the work that the federal election committee should’ve been doing the last 30 years. Everybody knows that they’ve been taking foreign donations illegally and that they launder a lot of money. I hope we bring the rat party down for these transgressions.

I watched a short video of a former democrat describing how the candidates are compromised from the earliest days. It’s on X - here

"...When an individual takes the Fifth, that person's silence or refusal to answer questions cannot be used against them in a criminal case. A prosecutor cannot argue to the jury that the defendant’s silence implies guilt. And prosecutors typically cannot even call a witness before the grand jury if the prosecutor knows the witness will invoke the Fifth Amendment. ..."

Screw that. I am a person, not a lawyer.

I know why the 5th Amendment is there, but this organization and their employees willfully and intentionally broke the law for political purposes.

I am sick of this. They are no doubt high fiving behind the scenes, because they are, all of them, Leftists, and they knew what they were doing, and they rejoice in their immunity. They take extra pleasure in using the laws that bind the rest of us and ignoring them because they are sure they can get away with it.

Find a way to nail them to the wall, all of them. Including the organizations and politicians who benefited from ActBlue's conscious and willful illegality.

>Find a way to nail them to the wall, all of them

Nailing ALL of them is going to take more than this group of 5. Might be able to nail 4 of the 5 by chosing the least bad one of the 5 who knows 'enough.' Give them immunity and repeat the questions. No 5th allowed then. Probably need a fair idea of what really happened to chose which and how many to immunize. But if its anything close to what Freepers suspect ought to be able to nail at least one well.

I looked at the linked X video with Ken Paxton, and he suggested everyone go look at the FEC website: Federal Election Commission: Find contributions from specific individuals and look up your own name, which I did.

I didn't show up, but I had several relatives who did, and they fit the pattern of having their names show up multiple times, contributing $2, $5, $10 or more dollars at a time.

One of my relatives who I know absolutely did not contribute the amount of money in the time frame he did was in there 26 times as a contributor to WINRED, the "Republican" counterpart to WINRED, which is the "Democrat" version.

Just to be clear-it doesn't mean my relative gave that money-he likely would have noticed, but his identity was used to get around campaign finance laws.

I would be interested in hearing if others have seen this behavior with their names.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton just filed a lawsuit against ActBlue for laundering foreign campaign donations into Texas elections.

The link to the actual Texas AG press release is here.

Which means that they are knowingly committing a crime by accepting foreign money for Democrat elections and that they’d be guilty if they told the truth of what they are doing.
They are admitting that they are guilty as charged.
