Baloney! Mexico does control the border. They send their traffickers and drug smugglers straight up there.
The Mexicans secure their northern border quite well.
They don’t want guns smuggled in or invaders returned.
Under international law, a country can’t prevent its citizens from leaving except in cases of national necessity, such as collecting taxes and having people serve in the military, on a jury, or time in prison for a crime.
