Yep. The 8th Circuit has just OVERTURNED an activist judge ruling and upheld ICE's mass detention policy of illegal aliens This is a massive victory for the deportation mission. 🇺🇸

2-1, the court held that illegal aliens already residing in the US CAN be detained without bond during removal proceedings.

This deals another devastating blow to leftist judges' attempt to force DHS into simply unleashing invaders into the country only to commit more crimes.

The Karens think Due Process for immigration law violation is the same as criminal court. It is not.

Explain to them a traffic ticket isn’t the same as criminal court either. It is decided by an administrative judge without a jury trial and none of the protections for criminal violations either.
