Of course the IRGC is going to build nukes. The IRGC was in control of Iran. Ironically, the war has put them more firmly in control of Iran at least for now. There is no deal that leaves the IRGC in charge of Iran in which Iran will not have a secret plan to rebuild nukes. Or a drone and missile program for that matter. That is what the IRGC does. Build nukes, build missiles, build drones, fund overseas terrorism, fund proxy wars. They may have lost the capacity to do it now but you can be damn sure their goal is to rebuild the capacity to do it as soon as possible.

ONLY thing you can be certain of, if a muslim is talking to a non muslim, they are lying, period. That is what their religion tells them to do.
The Mullahs always allowed their civilian government to ‘negotiate’ with the West. But as a politician you could not stand for elective office unless you had the “Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval” from the theocrats. All during those bad faith negotiations, the IRGC continued to do its thing funding terrorism & nuclear ambitions.
