Americans hated President Joe Biden’s loose borders, Pennsylvania’s Sen. John Fetterman said on Wednesday as he suggested he would confirm Sen. Markwayne Mullin to the homeland security post.
“Americans don’t like chaos,” Fetterman said to Mullin, adding:
America definitely didn’t like the kinds of chaos during the Biden administration at the border. As a Democrat, I was alarmed that there were up to 300,000 encounters at our border once a month… That’s not sustainable, and that’s not manageable, and it’s making it impossible for us to assimilate [migrants].
“My experience with you has been consistent kindness and professionalism,” Fetterman told Mullin, adding, “I’m going to remain with an open mind throughout all this [hearing].”

I believe I trust Fetterman more than I trust Mullen. He’s a two faced sob.
Fetterman has said repeatedly that from a policy perspective, he is a Democrat. He supports social welfare programs and a lot of other things that Dems support. But at a certain point, the Dems are going to freeze him out and he is going to be without a political home. He’s going to have to think long and hard about whether he should start caucusing with the GOP.
Maybe Fetterman can talk two-faced Grandstand Rand Paul into voting for him too.
Then you are most definitely on the wrong forum.
Mullin’s a POS who defends the murder of Ashli Babbitt. Gave Michael Byrd a hug after he shot her.
Yet he is a no vote on the SAVE Act.
Still not certain of Fetterman but he’s make me stand up and take notice.
Fetterman and Paul are two sides of the same Deep State coin.
He sat on his hands during the SOTU.
like Hitler accusing Poland of bombing Germany.
Just defund ICE and fire all the personnel and kick them out in the gutter and p!ss on them, and we’ll be happy to let you fund TSA.
No? Well, have you no decency!!!!!
Does Israel have a major political party that insists on disbanding immigration enforcement and its parent government department? Trump got rid of Noem, but they seem to want Mayorkas.
Immigration is not a burning issue here, although there are some Africans in southern Tel Aviv who are causing problems. But the affluent, left-wing Tel Avivians can’t get enough of those Africans, even as they rob, harass sexually and otherwise, and generally screw with the quality of the lives of Jewish southern Tel Avivians who are not so rich or left-wing.
While Trump was talking to the Japanese PM, a reporter asked Trump why he didn’t reveal his plans to attack Iran. Trump replied, “Who knows better about surprises than Japan?”
Suddenly, they will remember his previous brain damage, and accuse him of corruption.
“They must, to keep their certainty, accuse all who are different of a base intent.” —Leaders of the Crowd, WB Yeats
Madam PM smiled demurely as he said that.
Japanese las one word for skillful (jozu) and another for unskillful (heta). I don’t think Trump’s comment was an insult because he is well known for his surprises.
