In August of 2025, long before trans-shooters Robert Dorgan and Jesse Van Rootselaar shot and killed 11 in Pawtucket RI and Tumbler Ridge, BC., Phillip Wharton blatantly and quite publicly threatened the life of President Trump and still no one in law enforcement can bring themselves to seriously consider there may be a prescription psychiatric drug problem affecting the trans-identified.
Twenty-year-old Wharton is of interest because, like those before him who carried out their murderous rampages he, too, identifies as “trans.” One can only wonder if Wharton had not shown up on law enforcement radar would he actually have attempted to take the President’s life?
According to court documents, Wharton has been charged with two counts of threatening a federal official. The first count occurred on August 19th of 2025 when Wharton, who identifies as a member of the trans-community, wrote on his X.com account “What the guy in the White House sees after I kill the US President of the United States of America and wear his face as a mask.” The United States Capitol Police (USCP) were the first to report Wharton’s threat to the United States Secret Service (USSS).
The USSS quickly moved to review Wharton’s X.com account and found that the August 19th threat against the President was not his first. Apparently, trans-threatener Wharton had made an earlier threat on August 11, 2025, when he wrote on his X.com account “Elon Musk and Trump are easy targets??? ((suicide).”
What has transpired since the first threat is interesting on several levels. According to the charging documents, Wharton’s father was contacted by the Secret Service at his upper middle-class home in Washington State who immediately telephoned his son when a bizarre conversation ensued. According to the Secret Service who were also listening to the telephone call, “Phillip Wharton began laughing and an argument ensued between him and his father.”
Wharton agreed to meet with the Secret Service at a local food establishment and when asked if he (Wharton) had made the threats “he initially confused the post with other similar posts he made on Instagram.” When shown the X.com threat by the Secret Service, Wharton confirmed that it was his account and that he had posted the threat. Wharton’s defense of the threat was that “he felt angry about his belief that President Trump had been involved with sex trafficking two 14-year-olds and made reference to Trump’s involvement with Jeffrey Epstein.”
According to the Secret Service agent reporting on the case, “Wharton seemed compliant and understanding at the time and agreed to stop making threats against the President.” That, of course, did not happen and Wharton posted another threat against the President on September 23, 2025, saying “My name is Sadie Online. I am going to kill the president tomorrow. This is not a joke, but a confession admissible in a court of law.” It is of interest that charges were not filed against Wharton until November 6th of 2025. One must wonder what took so long given Wharton’s admitted desire to kill President Trump.
