The lesbian “diversity hire” captain of a Royal New Zealand Navy ship that ran aground and sank off Samoa has been charged with negligence along with two other officers over the loss of the vessel.

Should be Womanawanui.
So is this what would be in the US military an Article 15 court martial? Or is this a civilian criminal charge?

How do those ships avoid those rocks just underneath the surface wnen they’re going 40 knots? Underwater radar?
Wow. I would have lost that bet. I thought it more likely that Gray would be promoted to admiral.
The times, are they a-changin’?
(another New Zealand Navy DEI-hire lesbian commanding
officer also sunk her vessel in 2024. Two for two.)
At least it wasn’t the Netherlands
They could have hit dykes
Yes even along coastal areas
Oh, I spelled that incorrectly...
Court martial
Hopefully accurate mapping
However a US submarine hit a small mountain / hill that has been formed and wasn’t mapped
Oh, so true.
Remember Rush used to have a fake sponsor announcer during his lesbian news story segments to advertise:
Brought to you by Snap-On Tools.
I was expecting who’s the submarine commander?
That is about $20 for every man, woman and child in New Zealand.
“The superstition that women on ships were bad luck was most popular from the 16th through the 18th centuries, stemming from beliefs that women distracted the crew, angered sea gods, or were witches capable of manipulating weather. While common during this era, the belief persisted in some fishing communities into the 20th century.”

And she was a hydrographic vessel ... you do the math ...
What I learned from the article:
New Zealand has a navy.
The autopilot was turned on. Nobody noticed it until the ship had been on the reef for 10 minutes.
They could not turn the ship because of the auto-pilot. They had to turn off the autopilot first.
“They could have hit dykes”
I see what you did there . . .
